  • According to the Presidential Decree Number 7887 dated 25.11.2023, published in the Official Gazette, the minimum capital requirements for the establishment of Joint Stock and Limited Liability Companies have been increased

  • Pursuant to Presidential Decree Number 7887 dated 25.11.2023, published in the Official Gazette, amendments to the minimum capital requirements for the establishment of Joint Stock and Limited Liability Companies will come into effect starting from October 1, 2024.

According to Legislation;

  • For Limited Liability Companies, the prescribed minimum capital has been increased from 10,000 TL to 50,000 TL.

  • Regarding Joint Stock Companies, the stipulated minimum capital of 50,000 TL has been elevated to 250,000 TL

  • The minimum capital requirement for Non-Publicly Traded Joint Stock Companies that have adopted the Registered Capital System has been raised from 100,000 TL to 500,000 TL
