To relocate your company to Teknokent, you can apply by preparing your documents, or you can use consultancy firms such as ours, which provide services in the application process.

The first thing to know is that to enter Technopark, it is necessary to present the software, design, and R&D project to the managing company.

Only companies whose projects are approved by the managing company can be located in the Technopark and benefit from tax and insurance advantages.

What is the general application procedure?

1-If you want to apply to a Technopark with availability, the first thing you need to do is go to the Technopark's website and fill in the pre-application form.

2-Following the pre-application form, a preliminary assessment will be made by the management company. During this application, a general evaluation is made and information about the next process is also given.

3-After the preliminary evaluation, the management company will usually give you an application form for the main application and ask you to fill it in.

4-After completing your main application, the process starts, the Project Evaluation Commission sometimes asks for revisions. You will be informed about the reviewers before the process starts.

5-According to the relevant legislation, the project evaluation committee sends its opinion to the managing company and makes its final decision on the application, and if it is positive, you will be invited to the contract.

However, if you do not yet have a company and have not yet started the procedure for setting up a company, the following applies;

1- You need to submit your project to the managing company and wait for the project referee committee to approve the project (you can also apply for more than one project while operating in Technopark).

2-In the same process, you need to rent an office according to the number of your employees.

3-Even if you cannot make an official lease agreement because you do not have a company, the managing company will give you an official letter. With this letter, the financial consultancy firm you are working with can carry out the company incorporation procedures at the Chamber of Commerce.

4-If your project is approved, the lease is already signed.

What to do if you already have a company? 1-If you already have a company and you apply to Teknopark with this company, you must wait for the project you have submitted to be approved by the Arbitration Committee.

2-After the project is approved, you can change the address by applying to the Chamber of Commerce with your lease agreement. (These procedures are followed by financial consultancy companies)
