Child Allowance (0-6 years): Approx. 2% of the minimum wage (around ₺506.28)
Child Allowance (6+ years): Approx. 2% of the minimum wage (around ₺253.14)
Family Allowance: 10% of the minimum wage (approximately ₺2,600.55)
Transportation Allowance: ₺126 per day
Employers may also access additional SGK incentives such as:

Other Allowances: Meal and transportation benefits also carry specific exemption limits.
Updated income tax deductions for disabled employees are:
First Degree Disability: ₺9,900
Second Degree Disability: ₺5,700
Third Degree Disability: ₺2,400
Stamp Duty Rate: 0.759% applied on total gross salary.
Calculation: The base for stamp duty is the total gross remuneration on the payroll.
Minimum Wage Exemption:
The portion of the salary up to the minimum wage is exempted.
Exemption Amount: ₺197.38 per month.
For Early 2025:

Cash: Actual days worked × ₺240
In-Kind: Actual days worked × ₺264
