For Intermediary Institutions:

  1. Apply Directly to USHAŞ:
    Include all documentation outlined in Annex-1/B.

  2. Document Screening:

    • Notifications on deficiencies issued within 15 business days.

    • Corrections must be completed within 30 business days.

  3. On-Site Audit by USHAŞ:
    Detailed inspection of operations and compliance.

  4. Issuance of Certificate:
    If compliant, your Health Tourism Authorization Certificate is granted within 15 business days.

  • Separate Certificates:
    Each branch or additional intermediary entity must obtain its own certificate.

  • Non-Transferability:
    Authorization certificates are unique and cannot be transferred between entities.
