Our Monthly Payroll Processing Cycle

1. Time Reporting
First Week of Each Month
Data Collection: The employer or employees send us timesheets or relevant records for the previous month, detailing working hours, overtime, vacation days, sick leaves, and any additional benefits or allowances.
Validation: We cross-check the data for accuracy and completeness. Any discrepancies are resolved quickly, ensuring the final payroll is error-free.
2. Invoice and Payroll Slip Preparation
Second Week of Each Month
Invoice Creation: We prepare an invoice for the employer outlining the total payroll cost, including gross salaries, employer contributions (SGK, unemployment, etc.), and any additional costs.

3. Payroll Payment Due Date
Typically Between the 1st and 10th of Each Month
Employer Transfer: Employers are required to transfer the total payroll amount (covering net salaries, employer’s social security contributions, and other dues) to our designated account by a set due date. This ensures a buffer to process all payments on time.

4. Electronic Salary Payments
