2025 Minimum Wage in Turkey: New Rates, Key Details, and What to Expect

The highly anticipated 2025 minimum wage has been announced by the Minimum Wage Determination Commission after extensive discussions. According to the official statement made by the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Vedat Işıkhan, a 30% increase was approved, setting the new gross monthly minimum wage at 26,005.50 TL and the net monthly wage at 22,104.67 TL. These rates will come into effect starting January 1, 2025, following publication in the Official Gazette.
